This week my guest on JazzBites is an innovative Jazz Guitarist and composer with a strong presence and loyal following in both the USA and Europe, who's been described as a musician with a formidable talent, passion, and devotion to his craft. Educated in music in his native Italy, and later in Los Angeles here in the United States, he's gone on to perform with some of the greatest musicians and performers in the business. Today he talks about his life in Italy, being chosen as a young man to play for the famous football phenomenon that is AC MILAN, the knee injury which determined his path towards a musical career, his collaborations with fellow Jazz Icons Peter Erskine, Joe La Barbera, Sid Jacobs, Arthur Blythe, Joe Diorio, Darek Oles, Adam Nussbaum and Jay Anderson, and the inspiration behind his distinctive and dazzling collection of albums
